Intensely aromatic with alpine strawberries and cherry, plus cinnamon and other spices in the background. The full bodied palate is rich and lithe, full of cherry, plum and cassis fruit with hints of clove and coffee. It's a soft and supple wine; tannins are present but fine.
Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Maturation is for 12 months in barrels and 12 months in steel tanks.
