TASTING NOTES: On the nose, this wine reveals notes of black fruit (cherries) and spices. The mouth is fresh, harmonious with a dense and soft structure, firm but very fine tannins, ripe fruit enhanced with peppery notes and a nice length. PRODUCTION NOTES: After the harvest is sorted and destemmed, vinification takes place in stainless steel and oak. Ageing occurs in tanks and Foudre 25% of the year.
