SIMI Sonoma County Merlot Red Wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in French and American oak barrels for 14 months, producing a medium-bodied red wine blend. Pair this red wine with a classic Margarita pizza, cedar-smoked squab with cherry compote or roasted salmon with risotto cake.
